In 2010, BKNS was founded in Hanoi with the ambition of elevating Vietnamese internet infrastructure to a new level. After 16 years of growth, BKNS has grown into a hosting, domain, and VPS provider serving individual and business customers across the country.

BKNS operates physical infrastructure across the North and South of Vietnam, running many physical servers and virtual machines (VMs) in parallel, distributed across partner data centers (DCs) CMC · FPT · VNPT in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Each DC cluster is equipped with UPS + diesel generator backup power, N+1 cooling, multi-carrier fiber connections, and 24/7 monitoring. All service traffic is routed through a multi-bandwidth network, ensuring low latency for customers both within and outside Vietnam. The multi-DC architecture allows BKNS to automatically failover when an incident occurs at any single point — with no service interruption.

BKNS is organised into four specialised operating divisions that work closely together to ensure continuous service quality:

• Sales & Consulting — handles enquiries, advises on solutions, and manages enterprise customer relationships.
• Technical Support — processes tickets across priority levels (P0–P3), on duty 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• Infrastructure Operations (Ops) — manages server infrastructure and monitors systems 24/7.
• Product Development (Dev) — builds operations tooling and the customer portal.

BKNS builds long-term relationships based on three pillars of commitment:

1. Refunds under our Refund Policy — For Hosting, Cloud Email Hosting, Cloud VPS SSD, VPS MMO and VPS Storage, you get a 100% refund if you request it within the first 7 days of use; from day 8 to day 30, you pay only for the days actually used. Domains are non-refundable once successfully activated; services not listed in the Refund Policy, including SSL certificates, are non-refundable.

2. Committed SLA uptime — Published in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If the SLA is not met, submit a request within 7 days to receive compensation as additional service time under the SLA.

3. Level 3 information security certification — Enterprise customers, banks, and government agencies can confidently deploy their systems on the BKNS platform. Escalations can be sent directly to the CEO: hanhtv@bkns.vn.
