A 99.9% SLA means a maximum total downtime of 8 hours 45 minutes / year, or 43 minutes / month. Beyond that, BKNS refunds 10% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee.
Enterprise & Platinum plans require a minimum 12-month contract. Ultimate requires 24 months. A 36-month term gets 10% off, 60 months 15% off. You can upgrade plans mid-term with no penalty.
A Technical Account Manager is an infrastructure engineer dedicated to your system — they know your configuration, applications and operating procedures. The TAM handles critical (P1) incidents first, sends weekly health reports, and is the single point of contact you need.
Yes. The Ultimate plan includes real-time data replication to a second DC (DC HN ↔ DC HCM). RPO under 5 minutes, RTO under 1 hour. Available as manual failover for the Platinum plan with a 30% surcharge.
All hardware ships with original HPE / Dell certificates and vendor warranty. The DC complies with Level 3 Information Security (Decree 85/2016/ND-CP). On-site audits available for enterprise customers.
Yes. BKNS offers 1/4, 1/2 or full private cages at the DC. Each cage has its own lock, badge access control and 24/7 CCTV. Suitable for banks and fintechs requiring physical isolation.
