What is Plesk Obsidian?
Plesk Obsidian is the current Plesk release for managing websites — hosting-management software used by a great many hosting providers worldwide. It gathers website administration, security and performance into one unified system.
A key differentiator: Plesk supports Windows and Linux at the same time, which considerably simplifies both operations and administration. It is also hosting-management software with built-in web design, a SaaS storefront interface and a billing subsystem — which suits hosting providers, web design shops, IT specialists and business partners running a multi-OS setup.
Plesk licences are available for both virtual servers (VPS) and dedicated servers. Note: software licences are not subject to tax.

A license BKNS sells = a genuine license from the vendor (DirectAdmin/CloudLinux Inc/Plesk/cPanel L.L.C.) — the activation key is issued automatically via the my.bkns.vn portal. The difference: you pay in VND with no USD credit card, get a VN VAT invoice, 24/7 Vietnamese support, and free installation by BKNS.
DirectAdmin + Plesk + cPanel can transfer a license to another provider (the vendor allows transfer). BKNS handles the operation for free. CloudLinux cannot be transferred — you must buy a new one.
A DirectAdmin/Plesk/cPanel license = 1 server / 1 license. If you have 5 servers you need 5 separate licenses (total price = 5 × monthly price, with a 5-10% volume discount from 5 licenses up). CloudLinux is licensed per server.
BKNS installs it for free: installation time depends on the panel and the OS version. Includes: install the panel + set up the admin user + configure network/firewall/services + import old sites (if migrating). Excludes: custom theme/plugin/integration.
Yes. Yearly billing: -10% vs monthly × 12 for DirectAdmin + cPanel; -15% for Plesk + CloudLinux. Recommendation: long-term stable server → yearly. Temporary / test server → monthly for easy cancellation.
Yes. License issues (activation, deactivation, transfer, hardware change): BKNS supports via ticket. Panel functionality issues (config, plugin, debug): the vendor provides official support directly; BKNS provides best-effort Vietnamese support.
