A dedicated server is an independent physical server allocated entirely to a single customer — CPU, RAM and disks are not shared with anyone else. You have full root/administrator access and are free to install the OS and software and tune the configuration as you need.

Yes. BKNS provides an engineering team on 24/7/365 support, ready to help with the initial setup, handle incidents and advise on operational tuning.
Absolutely. BKNS supports flexible upgrades of CPU, RAM, disks and bandwidth while you use the service — no need to change servers, no service interruption. See the detailed upgrade price list in the "Add-on services" section.
If a hardware fault arises on the BKNS side, the engineering team at the Data Center will replace it with new hardware. There is no extra cost to the customer. You can request spare hardware (hot-spare) for mission-critical systems.
Standard configurations (Basic / Business / Pro): handed over after payment is completed. Special custom configurations (GPU, 256GB+ RAM, large NVMe): 5–10 working days.
Yes. Operating system installation (Linux: Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS/AlmaLinux; Windows Server 2019/2022) is completely free. Other licensed software (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, CloudLinux…) purchased through BKNS will be installed for you.
Yes. Customers who register in advance can visit the DC during office hours, accompanied by a BKNS staff member. The tour covers: the server room, the power systems, cooling and the NOC.
