- A domain that has been registered successfully is not refundable.
- Transfer a domain out of or into BKNS as required by VNNIC; BKNS helps unlock it and issues the transfer code (EPP/Auth Code).
- A domain may be suspended or revoked if it violates Vietnamese law.
- The registrant information of a .VN domain is publicly listed on Whois as required by VNNIC. BKNS does not offer a Whois hiding service for .VN domains.
